Ryan Schafer

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan founded Elios Media Group after nearly two decades in finance and investing. Previously Ryan spent ten years as a senior investor at Hound Partners, a multi-billion dollar long/short equity fund, where he was responsible for investments in numerous companies, including several that employ a buy-and-build strategy.

Prior to Hound, Ryan was an investor at Oak Hill Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar private equity firm. Prior to Oak Hill, Ryan worked in investment banking.

Ryan graduated from Georgetown University, cum laude, where he was a member of the men’s heavyweight crew team. Ryan lives with his wife and children in New York City.

Jeremy Hamill

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to Elios Media Group, Jeremy spent the last decade and a half building digital media businesses including an ad-tech startup, MyFinance.com, he Co-Founded and successfully sold to one of the largest digital media companies in the world.

In addition, Jeremy has incubated and scaled large marketing, product and operations divisions within complex, international organizations.

Jeremy graduated from the University of Southern California.

He currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two kids.

Tim joined the team from MovieWeb, one of the most visited sites in entertainment.

Tim is passionate about data, research, and theory while also understanding how projects look 100 feet above the ground.

Tim is based in Montreal, QC.
